How do I track my shipment?
Enter your Flytex AWB number (starts with FLT…) on the Track page — you will see every milestone from pickup to delivery, including the carrier leg.
What documents do I need to ship internationally?
A government photo ID (KYC), and for commercial shipments an invoice with HSN codes. Our booking flow guides you through both, and our HS Code Finder helps you classify goods.
How is chargeable weight calculated?
The higher of actual weight and volumetric weight (L × B × H in cm ÷ 5000). Use our Weight Calculator tool to check before booking.
Can I become a Flytex booking agent?
Yes — we onboard agents and sub-agents across India with your own shipment series, cascading rates and a branded portal. Request a business account and our team will call you.
Do you offer credit terms for businesses?
Regular shippers get a credit line with consolidated billing and an online ledger. Payments are as simple as a UPI/NEFT transfer logged in the portal.
